Products & Availability

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display and describe our garments, including their colors, materials, details, and overall appearance.

However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, photography, and other factors. Minor variations in color, placement, finishing, embellishment, or construction may also occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Sizing & Fit

Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing information provided before ordering.

Because bodies and garment preferences vary, we cannot guarantee that a garment will fit every customer exactly as desired without alterations.

Special-occasion and formal garments may require professional alterations to achieve the customer's preferred fit and length. The need for alterations does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Production & Shipping

Certain Janae Elaine garments require up to 30 days of production time before shipment.

Once production is complete, estimated shipping times are approximately 7–10 days for Standard Shipping and 5–7 days for Expedited Shipping.

Production and shipping are separate stages.

Purchasing expedited shipping does not shorten production time.

Customers purchasing for a specific event are responsible for ordering sufficiently in advance to accommodate production, shipping, try-on, and potential alterations.

Unless Janae Elaine expressly provides a guaranteed delivery date in writing, an event date supplied by the customer does not create a guaranteed delivery obligation.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Eligible exchanges are complimentary for an item of the same value. Customers selecting a higher-priced replacement are responsible for the price difference. Additional conditions and exclusions may apply as described in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our return, exchange, and refund terms.

Altered & Customized Merchandise

Merchandise altered, customized, or modified specifically at the customer's request is considered final sale unless otherwise stated.

Once a customer or third party alters a garment after delivery, Janae Elaine cannot accept responsibility for subsequent fit, construction, or garment issues resulting from those alterations.

Order Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, sizing, and other order information.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you discover an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production or fulfillment has begun.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, order changes or cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

If production has already begun, we reserve the right to decline a cancellation or modification request.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, promotional, or typographical errors. If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact the customer before proceeding.

Promotional offers, discount codes, and other incentives are subject to their individual terms and may not be combined unless expressly permitted.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the Janae Elaine website—including photographs, garment designs where legally protectable, graphics, branding, logos, text, product descriptions, and other original content—is owned by or licensed to Janae Elaine and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, commercially exploited, or used without authorization.
