A sheer, sweeping cape drapes from the shoulders and extends toward the floor, framing the gown with dramatic movement. Remove it entirely to reveal Ophelia's strapless silhouette beneath.

TWO DISTINCT LOOKS

Wear the cape for a regal, high-impact entrance, then remove it for a cleaner strapless look—giving Ophelia versatility throughout the evening.

ELONGATED A-LINE SILHOUETTE

The fitted upper body transitions into a softly flared floor-length skirt, creating an elegant shape without the volume of a traditional ball gown.

SWEEP TRAIN

The gown extends subtly behind the body in a sweep train, adding movement and ceremony without overwhelming the streamlined silhouette.

The Ophelia Gown is made to order and requires production time before shipment.

  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 days
  • Expedited Shipping: 5–7 days

Production and shipping are separate stages. If you're ordering for a scheduled event, we strongly recommend ordering well in advance to allow sufficient time for production, delivery, trying on your gown, and any alterations you may choose to have completed.

Please note: Selecting expedited shipping shortens the shipping/transit time only. It does not shorten the gown's production time.
Fit & Sizing

Ophelia is designed with a close, structured fit through the bust and waist before transitioning into a softly flared A-line skirt.

Formalwear sizing may differ from your everyday clothing size. Please select your size according to your measurements rather than the size you normally wear.

Measure your bust, natural waist, hips, and clavicle to ground, then compare your measurements with the Ophelia Size Guide before ordering.

Between sizes? We recommend selecting the size that accommodates your largest measurement. A professional tailor can refine the fit where necessary.

THE JANAÉ ELAINE FIT NOTE

Ophelia is most fitted through the bust and waist, making these measurements particularly important when selecting your size. The A-line skirt provides more ease through the hips than our fitted mermaid and column silhouettes.

The gown has no stretch, so we do not recommend sizing down.

The cape is a separate styling element and does not affect the underlying fit of the gown. Because both the gown and cape reach the floor, consider your height and intended heel height when reviewing length.
Care

Due to Ophelia's intricate crystal, bead, sequin, and tulle construction, professional dry cleaning is recommended.

Handle the embellishment and sheer cape carefully when dressing, transporting, and storing the gown. Avoid catching delicate areas against jewelry, handbags, shoes, or textured surfaces.

Store the gown and cape in a breathable garment bag with sufficient room to prevent excessive compression.

Depending on your proportions, height, and footwear, professional adjustments to the hem, straps, bodice, waist, or other areas may be recommended.

We suggest trying on your gown with the undergarments and heel height you intend to wear to your event before having any alterations completed.
